These are unprecedented times. Like many of you, we’ve been grappling with this new reality. We’ll get through this together by being kind and staying connected virtually with friends, family, and loved ones.
In the midst of these challenging times, it’s great to see government, private sectors, and individuals coming together to fight this crisis. We understand that others are dealing with far more intricate problems than where we find ourselves. Our goal is to play our part in fighting against the crisis.
During quarantine, we’re lucky we’re dealing with technology that enables work to get done. We’re still connected and able to communicate via video conferencing and web collaboration tools, and furthermore, our flagship product enables our customers to conduct business using RentCheck completely remotely which is the premise on which it was built.
As a company, dealing with all of our communities, here’s our action plan.
RentCheck is designed for remote inspections, making it easy to inspect rental properties from the comfort of your home. RentCheck is enabling social distancing by having residents conduct property inspections without the presence of a property manager. Nothing will inhibit us from meeting your needs.
RentCheck was created to establish a fair and transparent way to document rental properties. RentCheck limits physical interactions between property managers and residents especially during a period when all concerned are advised to distance themselves from others.
While economic times are tough in the world, let us assure you we’re not going anywhere. Our technology enables us to be more actively engaged than normal during this COVID-19 pandemic just like Zoom and Google Hangouts. We’re honored to assist all property managers and residents with inspections. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or help you out during these times with RentCheck please let us know.
Stay healthy friends, and thank you for using RentCheck.
Please reach out if we can be of any help, and take care of each other.
Thank you,
Lydia and Marco
